DESCRIPTION :
Au sein d’une petite résidence, à proximité du littoral à pieds, une maison ancienne de plain pied (3 à 4 chambres à coucher) avec jardin d’agrément. Pas de piscine.
L’entrée de la villa se fait par une cuisine ouverte sur la pièce de séjour. La cuisine comporte : un évier, 4 feux gaz, four, réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle ainsi qu’une petite table pour 4 à 5 personnes.
La pièce de séjour comporte une table pour 6 personnes, un canapé pour 3 personnes et 4 fauteuils. Le séjour s’ouvre sur une terrasse ensoleillée permettant d’installer l’espace salon / salle à manger d’été.
A la gauche du salon, une chambre à coucher (lit en 140 cm), avec penderie et lavabo, s’ouvre à l’Est sur le jardin.
A la droite du salon, un couloir distribue :
- une chambre à coucher (lit en 140 cm), avec penderie et salle de bains (lavabo, bidet, baignoire), ouverte sur le jardin arrière de la villa ;
- un w-c séparé ;
- une chambre à coucher (1 lit individuel) avec bidet, ouverte sur le jardin côté sud ;
- une chambre à coucher (2 lits individuels) avec lavabo, ouverte sur le jardin côté sud.

DESCRIPTION:
In a small house in near-coastal walk, a former home of Bungalow (3 to 4 bedrooms) with beautiful garden. No pool.
The entrance to the house is through an open kitchen on the part of stay. The kitchen includes a sink, 4 gas range, oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher and a small table for 4 to 5 persons.
The play residence has a table for 6 people, a sofa for 3 and 4 seats. The living room opens onto a sunny terrace to install space living / dining room summer.
At the left of the living room, a bedroom (bed 140 cm), with wardrobe and sink opens to the east of the garden.
To the right of the living room, a corridor distributes:
-- One bedroom (bed 140 cm), with closet and bathroom (sink, bidet and bath), is open to the garden behind the villa;
-- A separate c-w;
-- One bedroom (1 single bed) with bidet, open to the garden on the south side;
-- One bedroom (2 single beds) with sink, open to the garden on the south side.
